Spinning Equipment, Spinning Principle, Textile English
Notes: Brief introduction of main courses.
Spinning Equipment: This course mainly introduces the spinning system and the used equipment. Cotton, wool, flax and silk’s spinning system are carefully introduced. The structure of the used equipment and the realized functions are explained in detailed. The newest research achievements are suggested about the technique and equipment of the spinning.
Spinning Principle: This course primarily explains the spinning process and the spinning theory. Yarn definition and characteristics of fiber assemblies are firstly described. Secondly the basic process of spinning are introduced such as fiber preparation and selection, fiber blending, opening, cleaning and blending, carding, roller drafting, twisting and winding. Then the new spinning and its developments are referred.
Textile English: Main purpose of this course describes the fiber performance, the spinning process and the weaving technology in English. Let the students know how to express the textile special knowledge in English.
Advanced new spinning: Main purpose of this course describes open end spinning and non open end spinning. Including rotor spinning, air vortex spinning, friction spinning, core spinning etc.
