Introduction:
He received Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Hebei University of Technology, and received his Ph.D. in signal and information processing in Tianjin University at 2003. He conducted postdoctoral research in March 2003 to March 2005 at Tianjin University. He has hosted three national projects, eight provincial projects, won two provincial science and technology awards, published more than 110 papers, and has 15 invention patents.
