Guoxin Xia graduated in 1993 after six years study experience in university, he entered into nation-owned clothing enterprise after finishing graduate study. Guoxin Xia started his own business and got his first pot of gold from women’s dress, he established brand name Ellassay and brand shops in Shenzhen Women’ s World in 1996.Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co.,Ltd. went to public and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2015.
