She is doctor of literature from Hosei University in Japan, is a Master tutor. She mainly studies regional culture, cultural exchange as well as cultural translation, and published dozens of papers, such as Conferring Shang Yu of Ryukyu in the Eighteenth Year of Daoguang, and wrote several document properties like Documentary of the Diplomatic Mission to Ryukyu, Talking Chinese Traditional Culture in Japanese. She also presided and participated in the national social science fund and other provincial research projects. As a teacher for several courses like “Sino-Japanese Regional Culture Research” and “Japanese Culture and Translation”, professor Sun once won the title of Outstanding Tutor” for the “Challenge Cup” Uiversity competition in Tianjin and “Sang Ma award” from Hong Kong SangMa foundation as well as other awards.
