It is the university’s traditional and superior scientific research area with the main fields including complete sets of electromechanical facilities and remote monitoring technology, innovative textile machinery and mechatronics technology, industrial robot system and technology, integrated manufacturing and intelligent technology of laser and photoelectricity. Based on this, a center with unique characteristics-“R&D Center of Innovative Textile Machinery” has been set up, whose main research achievements include the portable online yarn quality inspecting device, fast textile sample preparing system with modern digital control technology, etc.
