Introduction

  

Prof. Guoyuan Qi is the distinguished expert of the thousand-talent-Program of Tianjin City and Distinguished Professor of Tianjin City. He is an Associate Editor of International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos. He received PhD degree in control theory and control engineering from Nankai University Tianjin, China, in 2004. He has authored and co-authored more than 60 journal papers. He has charged and completed the grant of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the grants of National Research Foundation of South Africa. His Google scholar H index is 18, and total citation of his paper published is 1448. Due to his excellent research, he was awarded “C Rating of National Research Foundation of South Africa 2015”, where C means Established Researcher and “Y Rating of National Research Foundation of South Africa 2009”, where Y means the Outstanding Young People.
