Introduction
Xihui Bian, female, PhD., born in December 26th, 1983 Shangdong, China, Professor and Master Supervisor in Tiangong University, Visiting Scholar at Radboud University. I am a member of Computational Chemistry Professional Committee in Chinese Chemical Society, Director of the Pharmaceutical Quality Analysis and Process Control Branch of China Instrument and Control Society, Director of the Near Infrared Spectroscopy Branch of China Instrument and Control Society, and Senior Member of Chinese Chemical Society. I am also the young editor for "Journal of Instrumental Analysis", guest editor for "Applied Sciences" and reviewer editor for "Frontiers in Chemistry". I was recognized as an Outstanding Reviewer for "Analytical Methods", "Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry" and "Journal of Instrumental Analysis". I received the 3rd Lu Wanzhen Youth Award for Near Infrared Spectroscopy from China Instrument and Control Society, the third-level candidate for the "131" innovative talent training project in Tianjin, my favorite graduate supervisor and outstanding teacher at Tiangong University.
As a student of chemometric experts Prof. Xueguang Shao and Lutgarde Buydens/ Jeroen Jansen, I mainly focus on chemometrics and its application in medicine, food, environment, energy, etc. I chaired one National Natural Science Foundation of China project and two provincial and ministerial level projects, participated seven funds in national and provincial and ministerial level. I have published more than 60 scientific research papers and applied for 30 patents, including more than 50 SCI papers and 9 granted patents with H-index 18.
