Introduction


Professor Liu works in School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Tiangong University. He also works as General Secretary in Tianjin semiconductor optoelectronic materials Innovation Enterprise strategic alliance. Professor Liu has undertaken and participated in several national and Tianjin scientific research projects, including 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 Tianjin Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Tianjin Key research and development plan project, and 1 international cooperation project. In the field of semiconductor optoelectronic materials and applications, he has won 2 third prizes of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 Patent Award of Tianjin.
