Introduction


Yong Yang received the Ph.D. degreefrom Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2005. From 2009 to 2010, he was a postdoctoral research fellow with Chonbuk National University, Jeonju, Republic of Korea. He is currently a full professor and doctoral tutor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Tiangong University, Tianjin, China. He is a Distinguished Member of CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Member of CSIG, and an Editor of KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems.



Research areas


Image processing, computer vision, multimedia information processing, pattern recognition, deep learning, etc.
