He has long been engaged inspintronic materials and devices, and has made a number of innovative research results in the field of quantum materials, magnetic tunnel junctions and spin-orbit torque devices. So far, he has published in Science Advances, Nature Communications, Nano Letters and other SCI-indexed journals, published more than 70 academic papers; applied for or authorized aspects of 7 U.S. invention patents and 2Chinese invention patents; presided over or participated in the National Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology projects more than 3; invited at internationally renowned academic/industrial conferences more than 10; training of more than 20 postgraduate students.
