1. Undergraduate Programs -Bachelor degree

(1) Public services management:

The public services management belongs to the field of public management research that has a feature of syntaxes, research and practice. The program aims at training outstanding professionals with good public management theory foundation and know well of the public policy as well as the ability of management, organizing, coordination, communication, training, exploration, research and creation. The graduates are qualified to find employments at the public sector including government, public enterprise, NGO etc.

The public service management has duration of four years, and the certificate given is a Bachelor's Degree.

(2)Land resource management:

The land resource management is a comprehensive subject features combined economics, law, administration and regional science, study on the issues of land planning and land using.

The focus of the program is on cultivating experts with good economic and land resource management theory foundation with the capacity to make land survey, land using, analysis the land policy, cadastral management and land valuation. The graduates are able to engage in land using, city management, agriculture and real estate.

The land resource management has duration of four years, and the certificate given is a Bachelor's Degree.

(3)Industrial Engineering:

This program is concerned with the design, improvement, and installation of integrated systems of people, materials, information, equipment, and energy. It draws upon specialized knowledge and skill in the mathematical, physical, and social sciences together with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design, to specify, predict, and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems. Industrial engineering is emerging as one of the vital professions that would be counted on for solving complex problems in a highly technological world. Industrial engineers are confronted with a host of challenging situations ranging from manufacturing and cost estimating to the design of complex systems. They are needed in all kinds of industries and are employed by a variety of organizations including hospitals, banks, engineering firms, petrochemical industries, airline companies, government and military agencies, computer and software firms, and manufacturing.

(4)Information management and information system:

This program provides a sound foundation in information and knowledge management and library and information services; information management provides a strategic umbrella to encompass the complementary diversity of librarianship, the creation and dissemination of information, the application of information systems and digital technology, and the management and exploitation of information in organizations; this course also recognizes the needs of the information professional/manager who is going to work more intensively with the design, development and delivery of information in digital and multimedia form; an aspect is designed for the specialist who might work with digital and e-resources in libraries, Virtual learning Environments (VLEs) and educational computing, with digital repositories, data warehouses and with digital publishing projects in a web platform environment.

（5）Accounting：

In order to suit the need of the modern market economy, the purpose of this program is to cultivate professional talent with Humanistic spirit, scientific literacy and the quality of integrity who mastered the knowledge and acquired ability of economy, management, law, and accounting and can work in profit or nonprofit organization. The whole process is four years. The student who can finish his courses and reach the acquirement of national degree principles will get Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration. The core courses are Economy, Management principles, Business Law, Tax law, Finance management, Finance Accounting, Cost accounting, Management accounting, Accounting computerization, Accounting English, Auditing and Finance accounting experiments.

（6）Finance Management：

In order to suit the need of the modern market economy, the purpose of this program is to cultivate professional talent with Humanistic spirit, scientific literacy and the quality of integrity who mastered the knowledge and acquired ability of economy, management, law, and accounting and can work in profit or nonprofit organization. 2. Master’s Programs -Master degree

(1)Management Science and Engineering:

This professional discipline deals with the applications of information technology and science for informed decision making. The program is designed to produce professionals by developing students' core competencies in five dimensions: broad-based business knowledge, analytical and problem-solving ability, logistics and supply chain management, practical IT skills, and language and communication proficiency. It aims to equip students with strong skills in analysis and computer-based decision models, a sound knowledge of business operations and proficiency in business communication. Students will learn data analysis, forecasting, optimization, simulation, decision analysis and computer programming, with emphasis on solving practical managerial problems for all functional areas of management, including finance, marketing, operations, logistics, services and human resources. Students will get strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and skills in logistics and supply chain management, which means that they will have great job placement and career advancement prospects. (2) Industrial Engineering:

The industrial engineers are charged with developing more efficient processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity within the manufacturing industry - essential functions that employers depend on to remain successful. In order to improve efficiency, industrial engineers use their knowledge of mathematics to study product requirements and then design the manufacturing and information systems needed to meet those requirements. They also design production planning and control systems, improve systems for the distribution of goods and services, develop wage and salary administration systems and job evaluation programs, and create management control systems to help with cost analysis and financial planning. Due to the nature of their work, many industrial engineers have management positions.

(3)Logistics Engineering:

Logistics graduates are in high demand in private and public sectors throughout the world. Examples of the rewarding career opportunities available within this diverse field include director of distribution, export manager, operations manager, procurement manager, shipping coordinator and freight manager.

Business Administration is the level one Master’s major which includes Enterprise Management, Technological Economy and management, Accounting and Tourist Management .It has cultivated a lot of advanced professional talents for the national economic construction which was urgently needed by the country. Under Business Administration, there are four research areas that are Enterprise Management, Technological Economy and management, Accounting and Tourist Management.
